The 1996 Federal Radionavigation Plan (FRP) has been released. The FRP can be downloaded electronically through the United States Coast Guard's Navigation Center at USCG NAVCEN website. You will need the Adobe Acrobat reader to do this. Adobe Acrobat Readers for all platforms are available for free through Adobe Systems, Inc., through the Adobe (reader) Website. If you have any difficulty in printing the document, check to see if the printer has access to 6 Megabytes of memory or greater.
