"The rehabilitation is suave; not one ditzy Victorianized bench intrudes upon its civic scale. Where elements have been added – as in the travel office and ticket counters – they are designed with skill and restraint, with one exception: the fountain opposite Kennedy Boulevard.

The terminals activity relationships, in general, seem well worked out. The large parking structure under the building is convenient; its access to the station is acceptably direct."
